"The Recipe" - Kendrick Lamar feat. Dr. Dre

Something a little different today from the usual stuff but thats what its all about right? finding new music and sharing it. well this is what i found and i must say i like what i hear. A remix of kendrick lamars production, this track is inspired by the up and coming genre of Trap music, which has its good and bad moments, but all in all i am a fan. Trap to me sounds like a slowed down Dutch house, with much more hip hop tendencies in the beats. Check out trapdoor records too on soundcloud, pretty legit.

Time For A Boogie Album Preview - Boogie Belgique

Everyone has that band or artist that is under the radar, and you spread em around like you can because they are great and they should be famous.  This is one of mine.  I've already shared this artist with you guys, but his second album, Time for a Boogie just came out.  So here's his preview of the album, with a link to buy it too I believe.  If you like it support the artist, he really deserves it.

"The Little White Duck" - Boogie Belgique

If you're looking for the soundtrack to a laid-back afternoon, this is an essential.  "The Little White Duck," a track off of Boogie Belgique's LP Blueberry Hill, released earlier this year, masterfully samples Burl Ives to deliver a well balanced dose of chill.  It's always nice when today's artist pay homage to those of the past, something this track does beautifully.  The track is a tribute to Broadway performer and actor Danny Kaye.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy the LP.
